Dr. Fandel runs a small naturopathic office in Pacifica focused on women in perimenopause and menopause. Care starts with a long new patient visit and blood work, and follow ups can be in the office or over Zoom. She prescribes bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and testosterone and sees patients often early on to adjust the dose. Her plans usually pair hormones with herbs, supplements and diet changes, and she also treats thyroid problems and prescribes weight loss medication.
