MenoMatch publishes a directory of menopause practitioners. This notice explains what we do and do not learn about you when you use it. We have written it plainly and kept it short, because the honest answer is that we hold very little.

Using the directory

You do not need an account. There is no registration, no sign in and no profile. We do not ask you to tell us who you are, and the site provides no means of doing so.

Health information

We do not collect health information of any kind. MenoMatch never asks your age, your symptoms, your diagnoses, your treatment or your medical history, and there is nowhere on the site to enter them. Browsing the directory or filtering it reveals nothing about your health to us.

Information our servers receive

As with any website, our servers receive certain technical information each time a page is requested, such as the network address of the device making the request and the kind of browser being used. We do not store your network address, and we do not use what we receive to identify you or to build a picture of you.

Advertising

MenoMatch carries no advertising. We do not permit advertising networks to observe visitors here, and we take no part in targeted advertising.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information and have never done so. We do not share personal information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Other websites

Profiles link to the websites and booking systems of the practices they describe. Those are independent organisations, and once you follow such a link you are on their website and subject to their privacy practices rather than ours. We would encourage you to read their notice before giving them information about yourself.

Keeping information

Because we hold no account and no profile for you, there is ordinarily nothing about you for us to retain, and nothing for us to lose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Should you believe we hold anything about you, please write to us at the address below and we will look into it and reply.

Children

This directory is intended for adults seeking menopause care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes we will publish the new version on this page and amend the date shown above. Where a change is significant we will say what has changed.
