Elite Women's Care is a small gynecology practice with offices in Brooksville and Tarpon Springs. Soto trained as a nurse midwife and now works on the gynecology side, looking after women well past their pregnancy years. Her own list of what she handles includes perimenopausal and postmenopausal care, vaginal atrophy, pelvic pain and pessary fittings. For menopause the practice offers hormone replacement therapy or non-hormonal medication, and it treats prolapse and urinary incontinence too. She describes her approach as shared decision making, working the plan out with the patient. Care is in person at either office, and you can book with her online or call the office.
