Accepting new patients
  • Pensacola, FL · In person & virtual
  • Membership · from $140/mo

Nova Francis-Wallace sees patients at a small direct primary care practice in Pensacola that she runs alongside a physician assistant. Hormone care is its own monthly program. You enroll, get labs drawn in the clinic or at Labcorp, then have a one-hour visit to go over results, examine you and talk through the risks and benefits of hormone therapy. Members can reach the practice by phone, text and email, and video visits are offered when getting to the office is hard. Before becoming a nurse practitioner she spent years as an emergency and intensive care nurse, and she led the first COVID testing clinic in the Florida panhandle. The practice starts with a free 15 minute phone call to see if it is a good fit.

Sara Marie Evans

Family medicine · DNP, APRN, FNP-C, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Pensacola, FL · In person & virtual
  • Self-pay · first visit $175

Dr. Evans runs a small direct pay primary care clinic in Pensacola with evening and weekend hours. Menopause hormone therapy is one of her main services, alongside disease prevention, sexual health and weight loss. She also sees men, and she does not treat chronic pain. A new patient starts with a longer in-depth visit, either in the clinic or by video if you live in Florida or Iowa. After that, follow-ups can be in the clinic or by video. Insurance is not billed for her visits, though you can use your coverage for lab work or some prescriptions.
