Turning Point is a small integrative practice with offices in Columbia and Annapolis, run as a family medicine office that works in functional medicine alongside conventional care. Lynn Dudley is the clinician the practice puts forward for hormone care, and she sees women for menopause management and metabolic health. Hormone plans start with a consultation and detailed labs, then get adjusted over the first six to twelve weeks as symptoms change. She prescribes bioidentical hormones in several forms, including pellets, creams and custom compounded preparations. Lynn came to medicine later than most, first working as a CPA for the federal government and then as a medical biller and practice manager before going back to school for her PA certification. New patients leave a deposit to hold the appointment slot, refunded if they cancel at least 72 hours ahead, and all visits are in person at one of the two offices.
