Dr. Bazán runs a deliberately small gynecology practice in Columbus for women in perimenopause and menopause, and you see her at every visit. Care starts with a long virtual consultation and continues through a membership with visits by video, phone or in the office. Patients can message her directly between visits. She prescribes menopause hormone therapy when it fits and also offers nonhormonal options, with attention to heart, bone and breast risk.
