Dr. Mittal runs a small membership practice in Frisco that treats menopause alongside weight and metabolic health. Obesity medicine is her main field and she is vice president of the Dallas Obesity Society, so midlife weight gain, blood sugar and heart risk get worked up as part of hormone care rather than sent elsewhere. A first menopause visit runs about an hour and covers symptoms, labs, body composition on an InBody scale and a written plan, and follow-up visits include texting access to her team in between. She prescribes FDA-approved hormone therapy in most forms, from patches and gels to vaginal estrogen, and will use compounded estrogen or progesterone when it fits, although her own FAQ tells patients the usual claims made for compounded hormones are unsupported. She also builds plans for women who cannot take hormones or would rather not. Any patient living in Texas can be seen by video, and she offers a free meet and greet before you commit.

Dr. Bartos is an OB/GYN who runs a small practice in Frisco built almost entirely around women in midlife. From November 16, 2026 it becomes a membership practice. One annual fee covers an intake and wellness exam plus up to 11 more visits a year, in the office or by video, with messaging and same or next day visits for urgent problems. She prescribes estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, and also offers pellets and GLP-1 weight care. She also handles a good share of primary care like thyroid, blood pressure and cholesterol, and you always see her rather than a rotating provider. Places are limited, so there will be a waitlist once they fill.
