Vanessa Weiland runs a small Washington clinic focused on perimenopause, menopause and sexual health. She sees patients in person in Shoreline and North Bend and by video anywhere in the state. Care comes as four-month programs rather than single visits, each starting with an hour-long first visit and including messaging between appointments. She prescribes hormone therapy, including testosterone for low desire after menopause, and also uses non-hormonal treatments. She lives with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome herself and sees women whose EDS, mast cell or POTS symptoms flare around menopause.
