Dr. Maiella runs a naturopathic clinic in Brattleboro, and much of her work is Lyme disease, tick-borne illness and complex chronic disease. For perimenopause and menopause she prescribes bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and testosterone after screening each patient's personal and family history.
