About KaleidaCare Health and Wellness
KaleidaCare is Kaitlyn Crouch's own telehealth practice for perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, and every visit is remote. Before founding it she worked in urogynecology, treating pelvic pain, recurrent urinary tract infections and prolapse, and frequent UTIs are still among the things she helps with. A supervising gynecologist reviews complex cases with her. She prescribes estrogen, progesterone and testosterone when it fits, and she tells women who were refused hormone therapy in the past that the evidence has moved and the conversation is worth revisiting. This is a specialty practice rather than primary care, so you are expected to keep your own primary care provider. She is also a certified yoga instructor, and the site carries a library of movement, breathing and meditation practices open to anyone, plus a women's health podcast.
