Kathlyn M. Kim

Dr. Kim is a gynecologist at Valley Medical Group in Ridgewood, part of the Valley Health System, and she sees patients in the office with insurance billed. She is one of four certified menopause practitioners at the group's Menopause Center, which opened in 2025 at the same Ridgewood address where she sees her gynecology patients. Valley says the menopause team works with a patient's cardiologist, oncologist, nutritionist or sleep physician, and that treatment can mean lifestyle changes, medication or alternative therapies. Her own bio is about general gynecology, including heavy periods, abnormal Pap results and contraception, and in the office she does colposcopy, saline sonograms, IUD insertions and uterine biopsies. She coordinates the global health curriculum for Valley's OB-GYN residency and has volunteered as a surgeon on a medical mission to Guatemala for the past eight years. Nothing Valley publishes says what she prescribes for menopause.
