Kirsten FitzGerald runs a small functional and integrative medicine practice in Ridgefield that sees patients of all ages, with menopause and perimenopause care as one of its main services. New patients start with a free short discovery call and then a first visit of about two hours, which she strongly prefers to do in person. A follow-up usually comes within a month to go over lab and test results, and later visits can be done by video. She prescribes conventional medicines when needed and also uses diet, lifestyle, herbal and homeopathic remedies. Her other big focus is Lyme and tick-borne illness, where she has specialist training. She charges by the hour with no membership fee.
