Curate Medical is a virtual-first practice built on the idea that menopause care is primary care, and Dr. Chacko founded it and serves as its medical director. She is currently the only physician at Curate taking new members, so the membership is the way a new patient gets in with her. Members get ongoing primary care with menopause care included, plus secure messaging, phone calls and video visits, and the team arranges labs, imaging and local in-person referrals anywhere in Florida. Three other physicians handle one-off menopause, metabolic and breast cancer survivorship consults for women who keep their own primary care doctor elsewhere. Every patient has a risk and benefit conversation about FDA-approved hormone therapy, and the practice says it avoids compounded medications unless they are truly necessary.
