Magen Price

Magen Price runs a small direct care practice in the Boston area for women in perimenopause and beyond, with a strong focus on sexual health. She spent years in primary care and is also a certified sex counselor, so low libido, painful sex and trouble with orgasm get as much attention as hot flashes. Care starts with an hour-long consult with labs, then a four-month onboarding phase where she starts and adjusts treatment, then an optional ongoing maintenance membership. Visits can be in person or by video, and patients can message her directly. She prescribes testosterone for women and has written openly about taking it herself. The practice also offers a gentle pap exam for women who find pelvic exams painful or frightening.

Care is by membership, and visits aren’t billed to insurance.
