New patients begin with a standalone physical that includes annual labs and a body composition scan, then choose a monthly plan giving six visits a year, unlimited telehealth and direct text, phone and portal access to the physician. The higher tier bundles a monthly aesthetic treatment for melanin-rich skin into the membership.
