Vicki Kirby runs a small nurse practitioner practice in Bedford focused on women in perimenopause and menopause. She spent more than 25 years in family medicine before building this practice around midlife hormone care. The first visit is an hour long and goes through your history, labs, symptoms and goals, and then you come back for follow-ups. Long visits are the point here, so there is time to talk through the risks and benefits of hormone therapy. She sees patients in person in Bedford or by video anywhere in New Hampshire and Maine.
