Jamie Gustafson is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and Menopause Society certified practitioner who works on her own. Most of her patients are adults in midlife dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia or mood changes around perimenopause. Care starts with a free phone call and then a long first evaluation, in person in Scottsdale or by video. Hormone treatment and lab work are part of her psychiatric care rather than a stand-alone menopause service.
