BIOHARMONY Health is a two doctor practice in Edina that Dr. Casserly co-founded after a decade as a full spectrum OB/GYN, delivering babies and doing gynecologic surgery. Care comes as three or six month programs rather than one off visits, and each program covers lab testing, supplements and monthly visits with your doctor. New patients can start with a free discovery call, then an hour long wellness consult that goes through medical history and what she wants from care before anyone enrolls. Hormone therapy is used when it is indicated and sits alongside nutrition, gut health and lifestyle work. The practice does not offer hormone pellets and does not do pap smears. Dr. Casserly went looking for training beyond her conventional OB/GYN education after her own health pushed her to learn more, and she sees patients in the office inside the Guided Health building.
