Lisa Hurley is the menopause clinician inside Fulcrum, a Chicago plastic surgery and med spa practice, and she runs its hormone care herself. Care starts with an hour-long consultation that includes a blood draw, and labs are required before she prescribes anything. She prescribes estrogen as patches, pills, vaginal estrogen and injections, along with progesterone and testosterone, and the clinic also places hormone pellets.
