516 practitioners have an office in California, and 125 more can see patients here by telehealth. 388 of them are certified by the Menopause Society, and the most are in San Francisco, Newport Beach and San Diego.
Elizabeth Swenson is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist certified by the Menopause Society. Her listing points to Gennev, a national telehealth menopause service that bills insurance and also publishes self pay rates. Gennev does not name her anywhere. Its Our Providers page lists thirty six doctors and she is not among them, the site search returns no result for her, and no bio page exists for her while other clinicians' bios load normally. No other current practice could be found for her.
Green Valley Women's Health is Dr. Pahlavan's own gynecology office in Fairfield. She covers routine gynecologic care, first trimester obstetrics and menopause care, and her services page names menopausal hormone therapy. Surgery is what sets her apart. She finished a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and does hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, robotic and office based procedures, so fibroids and endometriosis get treated rather than referred out. She also offers MonaLisa Touch vaginal laser. She has practiced in Solano County and the East Bay since 2003. The site is three pages and gives no way to book online, so a new patient has to call or text the office.
Anna Bobba is a board-certified OB-GYN with more than 20 years of experience. Her solo practice in Beverly Hills covers menopause and perimenopause, weight and metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine. She says she started it after watching women get one-size-fits-all treatment for menopause and weight problems. Hormone therapy and non-hormonal options are both offered, and weight care includes FDA-approved medications and a body composition analysis. Visits can be in person, by video, as house calls, or as a concierge service. The site does not publish prices, insurance or online booking, so a new patient starts with a consult by phone or email.
Dr. Kornreich is a board certified OB-GYN in private practice in Beverly Hills and is on staff at Cedars-Sinai. She sees women of all ages but says she has a dedicated interest in perimenopause and menopause, and she has been a certified menopause clinician since 2001. A first visit starts with a full history and a physical exam, then any labs, bone density testing or imaging she thinks are needed. Hormone therapy comes in several forms, including pharmaceutical patches, gels and pills as well as compounded creams and capsules. She also offers the MonaLisa Touch vaginal laser as a non-hormonal option for vaginal dryness and painful sex. Appointments are made by phone.
Intentional Wellness Center is a small Redding practice led by two physicians, Dr. Warren and Dr. McClelland, and hormone care sits alongside weight management and the center's aesthetic and surgical work. For menopause they use bioidentical hormones given as pellets, creams, injections or capsules, picked after a full lab panel and a symptom review. The first consultation runs about an hour, labs are rechecked around week six and then yearly, and pellet appointments come round every four to six months. Follow-ups are monthly in the first few months and spread out once things are steady. Women need an up to date mammogram and gynecological exam before they can start hormone therapy. There is no online booking, so a new patient starts by calling or emailing the office.
Dr. Lepine opened the Cottage Ob/Gyn Clinic in Santa Barbara in 2023 and ran it as medical director, and Cottage Health still described her in that role in February 2025. In June 2026 Cottage Health named a different physician medical director of that clinic, and the announcement does not mention Dr. Lepine. She is no longer named on the clinic's provider team page, she does not appear anywhere in Cottage Health's physician directory, and her Cottage profile page has been taken down. Before Santa Barbara she practiced obstetrics and gynecology at Kaiser in Kona, Hawaii, and did relief work for PeaceHealth in Washington and Alaska. She trained at UC San Diego and then did an Epidemic Intelligence Service fellowship at the CDC, which is unusual for a practicing gynecologist, and she speaks Spanish. We could not find a current practice for her, so there is no way to tell a reader how to reach her today.
Rhonda Gottmann is a women's health nurse practitioner certified by the Menopause Society. Her listing points to Midi Health, a virtual menopause clinic that sees patients by video only and refers out for anything needing an in person exam. Her registry record lists five Midi locations across New York, Kentucky, Florida, Ohio and Arizona, all sharing the company's single phone line. Midi does not currently name her anywhere on its site. Her bio page there returns a not found error and she is absent from the clinician directory, and no other current practice could be found for her.
